IT'S OVER!

Congratulations to Jack Armstrong and Marta Thomas!!!!
They are the top male and female finishers of the North Fork Fit Club. They each showed very impressive weight loss, body fat percentage loss and circumference inches loss, not to mention their determination and consistency was incredible! Great job to them and to everyone who crossed the finish line!

Tonight's group fitness class was great! I enjoyed it - I hope those of you who attended did as well. Only a couple more weeks and we're down to a small group of dedicated clubbers. : ) I hope you feel you got something out of / accomplished something by participating in the North Fork Fit Club.

There is ONE MORE weigh in July 12-18. Anyone who weighed in at any point in the club can still participate in the last weigh in! Once again here are Sarah and Dan's emails for setting up a time: Sazzy8@optonline.net, Dipich6@optonline.net

MESSAGE FROM FELLOW NFFC MEMBER DOUG R.:

"Anybody interested in mixing up your cardio by playing casual pickup tennis in the evenings or on weekends? I'm not a great player but I can mostly keep the ball on the court. If interested, email me at douglasr@alumni.princeton.edu."

Doug is also thinking about starting up a pickup ultimate frisbee game on Thursdays in greenport. If interested, let him know!

GET READY TO SWEAT!

Who: North Fork Fit Clubbers!

What: Group Workout / Training Hour with trainers Dan Hagerman and Sarah Sirico

When: Tuesday, June 30th 6:45-7:45pm

Where: Group Fitness Room at Fitness Advantage

Why: To help get you in your best physical shape!

RSVP: REQUIRED, and first come first served, as we may not be able to fit everyone but
we'll try. Email Sarah asap at Sazzy8@optonline.net if you will definitely be attending
this class.

Layout: We will do intense interval training, including bootcamp style moves and core
strengthening to get the maximum calorie burn out of the hour!
No matter what your fitness level, we will accommodate you and encourage you to do
whatever you're capable of, so please, do not avoid this class because you think you are
in worse shape than other fit clubbers. It's all about the support of other members too!
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!:
If you whine, complain, give up, etc. we'll give you the boot right out of class. No matter
your level, if you show up to this class, you better be willing to work hard! : )
We mean it!
