First meeting is 4/25 at 11am at Fitness Advantage. Many of you have gotten your first assessments already and are off on your fitness/wellness missions...The last day to make an assessment appointment is Friday 4/24! Hope to see you Saturday!!

You mean apple pie really isn't a fruit? Nice first meeting.Ken seems real and sincere. Folks in the group seem ernest and motivated and supportive. One gal suggested I log all my intake per day. Good idea and have started. Hope I have enough paper. Another gal told me about her chocolate cookie adventures. Thanks to both of you for helping me feel included.
